Elnora Smith Brown of Saxe,Virginia peacefully returned to her maker on Friday, December 21, 2018 in Chase City, Virginia. She was born in Charlotte County, Virginia on February 27, 1932 to the late Amos and Estelle Smith. Elnora was married to the late Deacon Berman Brown and were blessed with five children.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Berman Brown, Jr. (Bobie) and Dexter Brown (Stacey); three daughters, Patricia and Joyce Brown of the home and Janice Lambert (Larry); numerous grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Rev. John H. Brown and Herman Brown; three sisters-in-law, Lorraine Brown, Ruby C. Thompson, and Betty Brown; host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Celebration of Life Services were held 11:30 a.m. Thursday, December 27, at the Galilee Baptist Church in Randolph, Virginia with interment in the Brown Memorial Garden Cemetery in Saxe, Virginia.
