Tiffany Rachel Franklin, age 19, of Pamplin, died on May 25, 2017. She was the daughter of Mr. Timothy O’Brien Franklin and Mary Frances St. John Franklin.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by brother, Bryan Franklin of Pamplin; sister, Taniel Franklin Toye (Edmund) of Lynchburg; a maternal grandmother, Mary H. St. John of Phenix; paternal grandfather, Courtney Franklin of Pamplin; two nephews, Jamorion Haskins and Tysuan Toye of Lynchburg; two uncles, James Franklin (Yvonne) of Pamplin and Raymond St. John (Carolyn) of Phenix; two aunts, Theresa Cobbs (Gregory) of Phenix and Cassandra Jennings of Richmond; three great uncles, John Henry Haskins (Dorothy) and Jehmier Haskins of Phenix, and Ronald Franklin (Joan) of Pamplin; four great aunts, Evelyn Harvey of Appomattox, Maxie Lye of Rice, Betty White (Lee) of Green Bay, and Corrine Waddell of Five Forks; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Red House with interment in the church cemetery.
