The top-seeded Randolph-Henry High School varsity baseball team advanced in the Quad Rivers Conference 34 tournament Monday by winning 10-0 against visiting No. 8 Prince Edward County High School in the quarterfinal round.

The Statesmen finished the regular season with a 17-2 record after ending it with wins over Nottoway and Bluestone high schools.

R-H (18-2) hosts No. 4 Greensville County High School on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the semifinals.
