Rainy and cold weather April 19 could not stop many Randolph-Henry High School outdoor track and field athletes from improving during a meet at Prince Edward County High School.

“Seven members of the team set new personal bests on a less than ideal day weather-wise,” R-H Head Track and Field Coach Joe Freeland said.
