Rosa Lee Palmer Walker Spencer, age 70 of Charlotte Court House, died Thursday, March 2, 2017 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Mayo Spencer Jr.; three sons, David Walker (Ruth), Troy Orlando Spencer, and Mayo Spencer, III all of Charlotte Court House; one daughter Sondra Gamble of Charlotte Court House; seven sisters, Dale Spraggins of Montclair, New Jersey, Janice Palmer of Richmond, Edith Powell (Wayne) of Farmville, Ella Elam of Keysville, Cynthia Duarte (Robert) of North Carolina, Phyllis Braxton of Lynchburg, and Millicent Spencer (Jerome) of Charlotte Court House; two brothers, William Henry Morton (Gale) of Drakes Branch and Henry Morton (Rita) of Cumberland.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at St. Andrews Baptist Church in Cullen with interment in the church cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.JeffressFuneralHome.com. Arrangements were by Jeffress Funeral Home of Charlotte Court House.
