Michael Reese and Teresa Edmonds, of Alberta, and Clarence Edmonds, of Kenbridge, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina Renee Edmonds to Joshua Barmoy, of Keysville. Josh is the son of Mike and Amy Barmoy, of Lawrenceville. 

Christina is a Brunswick High School graduate and received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2016 in kinesiology and will receive her Master’s Degree in May in education from James Madison University. She will then pursue a job in teaching elementary health and physical education. 

Joshua is also a Brunswick High School graduate and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Chowan University in 2014 and his Master’s Degree from Longwood University in education in 2015. Joshua works as a health and physical education teacher at Randolph-Henry High School in Charlotte Court House.

The couple became engaged on Aug. 7, 2016 at Burnside Farms in Haymarket, and plans to wed June 24, in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina.
