HANDBAG BINGO, 2-4 p.m. at the Bacon District Fire Department in Wylliesburg. This event is sponsored by the Barksdale Cancer Foundation. LEGAL AID FORUM, 3:30-5 p.m. at the Charlotte Adult Learning Center in Charlotte Court House. Every five years, the Virginia Legal Aid Society (VLAS) asks the communities it serves to tell them about legal needs that might need more attention.
