Though the snow brought communities across Charlotte County to a halt Friday night into Saturday, it proved productive for many youngsters. Such was the case for 3-year-old September Tharpe, of Drakes Branch. Using her mitten-warmed hands, she “cooked up” snow for her family, serving it up in plastic cups and other containers.
