NOVEMBER 2

FALL REVIVAL, 8 p.m. at Gill Hill Baptist Church in Keysville. Prayer service will begin at 7:30 p.m. The speaker for the week will be the Rev. Roger Allen from Raleigh, N.C. Everyone is invited.

NOVEMBER 3

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY, 6 p.m. at Morrison Grove Baptist Church in Charlotte Court House. All women are encouraged to come out and study God’s word.

NOVEMBER 4

ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 700 Buffalo St. in Farmville. Seventeen vendors will participate. Items for sale will include jewelry, crafts, white elephant room, jams, jellies, stained glass, baked goods table, cafe and more. The event will feature a local author book signing as well. Admission is free.

NOVEMBER 5

ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 700 Buffalo St. in Farmville. Seventeen vendors will participate. TURKEY DINNER, at the Abilene Community Center, sponsored by Beulah United Methodist Women to benefit missions. Take out will be available from 4-5 p.m. and eat-in will be available from 5-7 p.m. Tickets are available in advance or at the door. For more information, please call Betty Gryder at (434) 223-8343.

STEW AND BAKE SALE, 11 a.m. at Aspen Community Association Building, 101 Wall Lane in Brookneal. The Aspen community association is having its fall stew and bake sale. Quarts will cost $7 each. For stew preorders, please call (434) 376-6906 and leave a message.

PASTOR’S AIDE PROGRAM, 3 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church in Red Oak. Associate Pastor Minister Loretta Bailey will bring the word and the music will be provided by Salem’s Junior and Adult Choirs.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS DAY, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Ontario Christian Church in Drakes Branch. Enjoy a bowl of stew for lunch and listen to music. Everyone is invited.

MUSICAL PROGRAM, 3 p.m. at the Antioch Baptist Church in Keysville. The program will be sponsored by the Pastor’s Aide. All are invited.

NOVEMBER 6

REVIVAL AT MIDWAY, 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at 2595 Midway Road in Phenix. The Rev. Matt Wilkins will be the guest speaker and special music will be provided at each service. Call (434) 376-3574 for more information. All are invited. The revival continues at 7 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, Nov. 7-9.

PASTOR’S FIRST ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m., at St. Louis Baptist Church for The Rev. Henry L. Fleshman Jr. The Rev. Charles Woolfolk, pastor of White Oak Grove Baptist Church in Phenix, will be the guest minister for the hour along with his male chorus. Everyone is welcome.

SEVEN HATS OF CHRISTIANITY, 11 a.m. at Organ Hill Baptist Church. The two speakers for the program will be First Lady of Organ Hill, Inez Scott, and St. Michael Baptist Church Clerk Ruby Gee. Everyone is invited.

NOVEMBER 10

FOOD DRIVE, at Charlotte Primary Care. Non-perishable food items are currently being accepted until Nov. 10. All donations will be provide food for fellow Virginians through Feed More.

DECEMBER 2

CHRISTMAS PARADE, 7 p.m. in the town of Keysville. Line up will begin at 6 p.m. Registration forms are available online at www.townofkeysville.com, or at the town office at 120 J St. in Keysville. DECEMBER 7

SHRINERS SEAFOOD FESTIVAL, 5:30-8 p.m. at Golden Leaf Warehouse in South Hill. The cost is only $25 and all net proceeds go to the Shriners Children’s Hospitals. For tickets or information call Chuck Ryan at (434) 210-6035.
