Mr. Joseph Stalin Randolph, age 71 of Phenix, died on Monday, June 6, 2016 in Lynchburg. He was the son of the late Mr. Tommy Randolph and Mrs. Annie Mae Wheeler Randolph.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Flora Scott Randolph of the home; two sons, Barry Randolph (Tracey) of Phenix and Gerald Randolph (Alice) of Lynchburg; nine grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Sally Bagby of Appomattox; two brothers-in-law, Mr. Charlie Scott (Alice) and Mr. Lee Smith (Edna); other sisters-in-law, Mrs. Carrie Scott, Mrs. Delores Scott, Mrs. Frances Randolph, Mrs. Queenie Randolph, and Mrs. Lillie Randolph; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Monday, June 13, 2016 at White Oak Grove Baptist Church in Phenix with interment in the church cemetery. Arrangements were by Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Brookneal.
