The Heart of Virginia Beekeepers will meet on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Prince Edward County Extension Office across from Lowe’s in Farmville. The program will be titled “How to Get It From the Hive to the Bottle.” It will be an overview of honey extraction, from pulling supers through bottling, with demonstrations and equipment.
