Elizabeth Shook, pictured, of Keysville, created and donated a quilt to be raffled with all proceeds going to Charlotte County Meals on Wheels. Shook drew the winning ticket April 30 at the benefit stew held for CCMOW.  Krista Shook, of Chesapeake, was the winner of this beautiful quilt. Proceeds of the stew were donated to Charlotte County Meals on Wheels.
