The Judith Randolph-Longwood chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will hold its annual Spring Banquet at Charleys Waterfront Cafe on Tuesday at 6 p.m. The guest speaker will be Dr. Ronald Heineman, professor emeritus of history at Hampden-Sydney College. The topic of discussion will be “The History of Ellis Island: Past & Present.”
