Saturday has been declared Confederate Flag Day by the National Commander of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. Members of the Charlotte County Grays Camp 1964 will host a Confederate Flag Day program. The program is open to everyone and will be held at the Smith Family Cemetery in Charlotte Court House starting at 4 p.m. The cemetery is located behind the Charlotte Drug Store. The Grays are holding the event to honor all Confederate veterans who served between 1861-1865 in the War Between the States.
