Members from the Drakes Branch Fire Department came to Eureka Elementary to share safety tips to grades Pre-K-second grade.  They brought the fire truck and shared information on how the children and their families could stay safe if a fire ever occurred.  They talked with the children about not being scared of a fireman when they were in full uniform and how important it is for their families to always check their fire detectors and to plan an escape route along with a meeting place.
