On Saturday, at 11 a.m. outside of Bethel Baptist Church there will be a short farewell funeral service in the memory of James A. Harris, 66, who passed away on June 7 in Gainsville, Florida after a long fight with bone cancer. Harris is survived by his two brothers, Bob and Chris Harris, who now reside near Philadelphia, Penn.

James and his brothers were members of Bethel, and lived on a farm located on Old Wells Road with Walter, Theresa and Elizabeth Weber. They all attended Phenix Elementary and Randolph-Henry High School.

All who remember James and anyone else who wishes to attend are welcome to attend the ceremony and give their farewell.
