The Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce recently announced a stew sale that would be held at the Drakes Branch Fire Department on Oct. 24.

The stew/bake sale is still scheduled for that day.

However, the location of the stew has been changed to the home of stew master Kerwin Kunath.

Kunath’s home is located on Highway 59 outside of Drakes Branch. There will be signage along the road to give direction to the stew.

Stew will be sold at $6 a quart. Those interested can come in person or pre-order by calling the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce office at (434) 542-4546.
